Ordering from BLOCKY DOGS® is simple, but it is a little different than what you might be used to on other websites. So please, take a couple of minutes and review the information below before selecting your items.

Building your custom, hand-made, order takes a little time. You can browse through the selection of common collar selections or use the MEGA Custom choices in the left margin of all Collar pages. But if your dog absolutely can't wait to get a BLOCKY DOGS® collar then check out our Facebook page where you might just find a Ready-to-Go Collar that will work for your dog.
All BLOCKY DOGS® products are individually handmade which necessitates a certian amount of production time. Production time is currently estimated at 65+/- days from the date payment is received (this timeframe varies--you may check in for updates along the way once your order is in the production line).
Note: Plain Regular Flat Collars (without stripes or embroidery) can be produced in less time--usually 7-18 days.
You will receive a TWO confirmations. The first acknowledges your submitted order. The second will include embroidery amount, any discounts, and the total for your order as well as payment instructions. The second confirmation email will be sent to you within 24 hrs of BLOCKY DOGS® receiving your submitted order. Accepted forms of payment are:

| Select the items you wish to order. For each item make the selections to customize your collar or leash. Add any special instructions in the box at the bottom. When you are ready Click the "Add to Cart" button. |

| The sizing of BLOCKY DOGS® collars runs differently from other manufacturers. It is important that you read and follow our sizing and measuring guidelines when ordering a BLOCKY DOGS®collar. |

The Final Price
|
| The cart will calculate the base price of your order, but the price it shows you will not include all Embroidery costs, discounts, or final Shipping price. We will send you the final price with your Order Confirmation, as well as any instructions needed for the method of payment you selected. Sales Tax will be added if you are shipping the order into the state of Ohio, USA. |

Payment Options

We accept credit and debit cards through PayPal (no e-checks), Personal Checks (within the USA only), and Money Orders. Because your items (except for Apparel) will be custom made according to your selections, we cannot begin production on your order until payment is received. And to be fair to all of our customers, we do not do rush orders and cannot jump orders ahead in the production line. We are unable to accept checks from outside of the USA. There will be a fee of $20 for all checks returned due to NSF or other banking issues. Do not send cash.
Due to the custom nature of our products, BLOCKY DOGS® regrets that we are unable to give refunds or accept returns. If you cancel an order after it has entered the production line, a credit will be held for you for use at a future date.

Email Confirmations

| Once you click SUBMIT, you're done placing the order. Within 24 hours (usually within just a couple hours) you will receive an email from BLOCKY DOGS® containing the details of your order as well as the total amount (including embroidery, if any), shipping and any applicable sales tax (Ohio Residents only), and payment options and instructions. Please watch for your Payment Received Confirmation email since your order will NOT enter the production line until payment is received. |

Please note that importing goods from another country, or another free trade area, can mean that your national Customs authorities may charge you Import Duty and/or other additional related charges - for example a Value Added Tax, a Purchase Tax, Customs clearance fees etc. You, as the importer, are responsible for paying any such costs. We have no control over what you may be charged by your own national tax authorities. We are not responsible for compensating you for payment of any such costs. If you do not know how much (if any) import tax you might be liable to pay, please check with your local tax authorities BEFORE making a purchase.
Some countries prohibit or restrict the importation of some types of goods. You may need a special or general license and/or other documents to import goods, particularly in larger quantities. It is your responsibility to check with your national Customs authorities whether the goods you intend to import are subject to any such restrictions. If your goods are retained or confiscated by your own national Customs authorities for any reason, it is your responsibility alone to negotiate with them the terms on which such goods might be released to you.
On any Customs forms, we declare the full purchase price as the value of the goods. We do not under declare values, or mark goods as a "gift".
