BLOCKY DOGS ®accepts personal checks or money orders made payable to: BLOCKY DOGS ®. Orders paid by personal check must be allowed to clear prior to shipment. Do not send cash.

Production is currently taking approximately 60 days from the date payment is received. This time frame is an estimate: Sometimes an order may take a bit less time and sometimes a bit longer. BLOCKY DOGS® has received a record number of orders in the past couple months and I am working hard to keep production time at 60 days or less. I appreciate the awesome response to the products and I am working as quickly as I can :)

You will receive a total for your order and payment instructions in the confirmation email sent to you within 24 hrs of BLOCKY DOGS ® receiving your submitted order". Accepted forms of payment are:

For customers outside the USA
    International Money Order
         in US funds
     Paypal.

OHIO residents will be charged sales tax.

BLOCKY DOGS ® ships anywhere in the world.

For one collar, shipping, within the USA is $8-9.00.
To Canada is $19-$22.00
Overseas is $28-$30 for one or two collars (larger packages containing more collars will be a bit more).
Additional products, shipping will be more, but exact charges will be specified with your order confirmation.

Items will be shipped via USPS. Tracking and Insurance are optional extras upon request.

If you are ordering multiple items, you will be given the chance to add each item individually. To begin your order, click your first choice below. After completing information for that item, you will be given the opportunity to add more items or complete the order process and submit your order.

Collar Sizing
The sizing of BLOCKY DOGS ®collars runs differently from other manufacturers. It is important that you read and follow our sizing and measuring guidelines when ordering a BLOCKY DOGS ®collar.
The Final Price
The cart will calculate the base price of your order, but the price it shows you will not include Embroidery costs, Shipping, or Sales Tax (if applicable, Ohio residents only). We will send you the final price with your Order Confirmation, as well as any instructions needed for the method of payment you selected.
Payment Options
We accept PayPal, Personal Checks and Money Orders. Because your items (except for Apparel) will be custom made according to your selections, we cannot begin production on your order until payment is received. And to be fair to all of our customers, we cannot place your order in the production queue until that payment is received.
Email Confirmations

You will receive 2 emails from BLOCKY DOGS ® to confirm your order. The first is sent when the shopping cart has accepted your order. The second will arrive within 24 hours of the first, with all the details of your order, and the final price (including embroidery (if any), shipping and any applicable sales tax (Ohio Residents only).

Payment instructions and further details about accepted forms of payment will arrive within the order confirmation that will be emailed to you within the next 24 hours. Please watch for your payment received confirmation since, work does NOT begin on a collar until payment is received.

Important Notice to Foreign Buyers located outside of the UNITED STATES
Please note that importing goods from another country, or another free trade area, can mean that your national Customs authorities may charge you Import Duty and/or other additional related charges - for example a Value Added Tax, a Purchase Tax, Customs clearance fees etc. You, as the importer, are responsible for paying any such costs. On any Customs forms, we declare the full purchase price as the value of the goods. We do not under declare values, or mark goods as a "gift".
